What We Serve

The CORE of what we offer ~

Comprehensive EXTERIOR and INTERIOR visual inspection of your property looking for issues, fully documenting all findings and supported by pictures/video that are date, time and gps tagged.
We are trained to spot:
     * Damage due to weather, animals, insects, intruders
     * Signs that lawn or snow removal services are needed
     * Power failures or other issues that have compromised HVAC, appliances, sump pumps, and other critical equipment 
     * Signs or symptoms of water leaks or damage to plumbing and sewer lines
     * Infestations of insects or rodents
While on property, we will bring in packages, mail and newspapers, helping to keep the home or property from showing signs of being vacant.

The EXTRAS we offer ~

We will customize our concierge services to meet your needs. You can count on us to provide any of the following additional services (pricing available, upon your request):
     * Coordinating the resolution of identified concerns
     * Vendor/Contractor Key-In Service
     * Keyholder Service 
     * Package Pickups
     * Indoor Plant Watering
     * Garbage Bin Service on collection day
     * Grocery/Supply Shopping ahead of your arrival
      * Open/Close Service at season start/end

Please note - this is not a Home Sitting or Home Sitter service.  We do not stay overnight in your home, sleep in your bed, or use your belongings.
