When we are on property ~
We develop a unique, customized inspection plan with every new client. We will plan the frequency and timing for inspecting your property. Together, we agree to a plan that includes all of your property's vulnerable systems.
Our first priority upon arrival is surveying the entire exterior of your property for any signs of damage or intrusion - from foundation to roof, including outbuildings, docks, boats, and everything in between. Moving indoors, the same meticulous assessment continues with every room and mechanical system the customized plan includes. Testing systems and searching for evidence of water damage/leaks, failure of heating/cooling systems, appliances, pumps or other equipment that could escalate into costly mitigation and clean up if unresolved is what you can expect from an accredited home watch professional.
Before we leave your property, a comprehensive report is compiled complete with photos/videos to support any troubling findings. Reports are communicated timely and securely in accordance with your customized plan. TLC Home Watch

You can see that our approach isn't "one-size-fits-all." We would like to schedule a time to meet with you and tour your property to develop a plan that provides for the service you and your property need while you are away. You shouldn't expect to entrust one of your most valuable investments with someone you've never met in person. Building your trust in TLC Home Watch begins with that first visit. After a tour and understanding the extent of the services you would like provided, we will give you an estimate within 24 hours. Should you decide to move forward, we will provide our client agreement, a property profile for you to complete, and get your customized inspection plan ready to implement.
